My path weaves together the analytical side of business with the wisdom of human psychology and expressive arts. With over 15 years as a trusted people advisor at companies like the BBC, Salesforce, HubSpot, and YPO, I've witnessed firsthand how authentic human connection transforms organizations.

As a Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselor, I understand that lasting change happens when we honor the whole person - not just their professional persona. My approach integrates the wisdom of the body, the creativity of the spirit, and the insights of the mind to create a sustainable transformation.

Currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a Concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), I'm deepening my understanding of how creative expression and somatic awareness can unlock human potential in ways traditional coaching alone cannot reach.

Beyond corporate settings, I've spent over a decade supporting underprivileged communities through counseling on intercultural dynamics, anxiety, trauma, and healing. This work has taught me that true leadership begins with compassionate self-awareness and extends naturally into how we show up for others.
