1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using I-Flo Coaching services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

I-Flo Coaching provides professional coaching services including:

  • Individual executive and personal coaching
  • Team coaching and organizational development
  • Leadership development programs
  • Workshops and training sessions

Important: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While Izabela holds qualifications in psychotherapy, coaching services are distinct from therapeutic interventions.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
  • Provide honest and accurate information
  • Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
  • Respect confidentiality agreements
  • Pay fees as agreed upon
  • Give 24-hour notice for session cancellations when possible

4. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system
  • Cancellations: 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • No-shows: Sessions missed without notice may be charged in full
  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with adequate notice
  • Emergency: Emergency cancellations will be handled case-by-case

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
  • Package payments may be required in advance
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

6. Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited by:

  • Legal requirements to report harm to self or others
  • Court orders or legal proceedings
  • Your written consent to share information
  • Consultation with other professionals (with your consent)

7. Limitation of Liability

I-Flo Coaching and Izabela Puchala are not liable for:

  • Decisions made by clients based on coaching conversations
  • Outcomes or results from coaching services
  • Technical issues with virtual sessions
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Professional Boundaries

  • Coaching relationships are professional, not personal
  • Dual relationships (business, social, romantic) are not permitted
  • Gifts should not be exchanged between coach and client
  • Communication outside of sessions should be limited to scheduling

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with appropriate notice. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Completion of coaching goals
  • Lack of progress or engagement
  • Violation of these terms
  • Ethical concerns

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Direct communication between parties
  2. Mediation if necessary
  3. Arbitration as a final resort
